My mother-in-law has been suffering from migraines since I met her, and I really wanted to help her as it was becoming unbearable. I did my research and found advanced Headache Center. We took her there, and she was treated. Her migraines have drastically reduced, and we are all thankful..

I never knew headache or migraine doctors existed. I guess this is why I've been going to the wrong doctors hence no success. I found this facility online, and they really helped in treating my headaches. Mucho gracias!

Since I discovered Advanced Headache Center, my life has never been the same again. All I knew was pain and more pain. The headache doctors at this center have been very helpful, and I can now work and sleep in peace. I highly recommend them.

We have desperately searched for the best headache doctor for our college daughter, but nothing was working. painkillers were doing more harm than good. We were very lucky to have come across Advance Headache Center, for they were able to treat my daughter, and she's now doing much better.

Excellent care with concrete results! I have visited Carolita for 2 separate issues within 3 years! She helped me to recover from a nasty knee injury and a back pain. Now I’m doing heavy squats/deadlifts and am running half-marathons. The overall care shown has been tremendous from the entire team! They have pushed me to recover and work on my problems.

Dr. Mehta is a deeply competent, empathetic and intentional practitioner. I felt as though he was listening to my experiences and problems; with his plan of care I received pain relief for the first time in years. This is not a permanent solution, but he got me where I needed to be to start working on my recovery. I can not recommend Dr. Mehta enough.

I went to NY Pain Care for 2 months and every visit there was very pleasant. Everyone from the physical therapists to the PT assistants were very warm and friendly and also professional. I saw two physical therapists due to one of them having to go on leave, but the transition process between the two physical therapists was seamless. I highly recommend both of them (Christina and Carol)!

I’ve now had two great experiences treating different running related injuries at New York Pain Care, and each time the team has helped me through my issues. My only complaint is that there is a lack of evening time slots, so it can be tough to find time to fit appointments around my work day.

After almost 6 months of low back pain I went in to see a specialist at New York Pain Care. I went through a couple noninvasive procedures and since then my back pain has been so much better. I selected NY Pain Care because of the great reviews I saw online and I have not been disappointed. I highly recommend them. Professional, caring and knowledgeable are the words that come to mind. Carol is a miracle worker. She is patient and takes time to ask questions so that she better understands your pain and her bedside manner really puts me at ease. I have seen her for two different issues—neck and leg—and both times she was able to significantly reduce my pain level. I have also implemented several of her suggestions at home to reduce pain re-occurrence. Ruby, who has assisted with therapy and exercises is also great. Overall, the staff is fantastic. I have always been treated with kindness and respect.

When I first came for treatment at New York Pain Care, my life had become severely compromised by chronic pain. Josephine Musto and the staff immediately went into action to help my situation. Josephine listens with compassion and responds clearly in detail. She was able to find causes for my pain that several doctors had not looked into. Dr. Gupta is great. I have gotten great relief for my midback pain and they gave me a courtesy anesthesia for it because my insurance didn't cover it. 5 Stars.

After many useless, frustrating experiences with physical therapists I found New York Pain Care's excellent services and staff, and finally saw the benefits of good physical therapy. Since my first experience for neck pain about 4 years ago, I have returned for mid-back and low-back issues, and, over the course of treatment, have always improved (except for one time where I was unaware of a tear in an arm tendon, and Carol, my expert physical therapist, recognized the problem and advised me to return to my surgeon). All in all, a great experience on both the physician (I see Dr. Mehta, who always spends the time to explain why I am in pain and how to alleviate it) and the physical therapy sides of NY Pain care.

You’re in great hands with this practice and their team of doctors and nurses. Ive been suffering from extreme lower back pain which basically was not allowing me to walk. I first met with Dr. Chu who listened to my aliments and understood the amount of pain I was in, and was extremely thorough in helping me understand the source of these pain-issues which the MRI revealed to be 2 herniated disc. He then recommended I get an epidural shot in my lower back and recommend Dr. Menta. I felt extremely comfortable with Dr. Menta and his team, Dr. Gupta, Nurse Rozina and Nurse Olivia. Naturally was a bit nervous to get the shot but this team goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable and relaxed while walking you through the procedure from start to finish. Overall a great experience with Dr. Chu, Dr. Menta and this whole team! Highly recommend if suffering from any back pain or other pain conditions!

Hi Everyone, My experience with the physical therapy staff at NYPC has been exceptionally beneficial and therapeutic; Carolita Contreras has provided more relief for my chronic headaches than she can imagine. Her use of the Graston technique for soft tissue mobilization is superb and her bedside manner is gentle, informative and patient-centered-- she listens and adjusts accordingly to your feedback. Administrative staff are professional, courteous, and very accommodating to patient requests. Highly recommend this A+ pain care management facility!!

Carol has done wonders treating my neck injury and pain. I have several herniated discs which had me in chronic horrible pain. Carol is very caring and expert in her PT treatment, as is the entire staff. My pain has decreased and my mobility increased. I am grateful for Carol and the staff.

I’ve been seeing Josephine Musto for about a year for a neck injury I’ve experienced from a car accident. She has been instrumental in helping me manage my pain and helping to find solutions not just bandaids. Working with Josephine and coming to New York Spain Care is the first time I’ve started to feel real relief since this accident over 3 years ago. She really there to help her patients and spends time with you and really gets to know and understand your problems. I hobbled in to NY Pain Care with terrible hip and back pain and they nursed me back to health after thoughtfully listening to my issues. They were patient and gentle and gave great exercises for me to do at home. I highly recommend.

I’ve seen Dr. Mehta for both shoulder and knee injuries, and he always asks a lot of questions, really listens to me, and takes his time evaluating the issue. I always feel at ease and that I am good hands with whatever recommendation he has for diagnosis and treatment.

I was losing the ability to use my legs because of severe pain do to an illness and nerve disease. Many other Doctors tried to help, nothing was working. 3-4 weeks in bed a month. I was really starting to get frightened by the pain and my thoughts. Then my lucky day...one of the Doctors highly recommend New York Pain Care. My life started to change for the better, the pain was stopping. I could not believe I was able to walk and sleep again. That nightmare of passing out or vomiting from the awful pain had stopped. It was like a miracle. Amazing care and treatment. I can say with true feelings that I love everyone in that office. I am grateful to this day. I am under care with my amazing health provider every month. I am such a lucky person.

Reducing the amount of pain killers with an epidural Injection for lower back pain with Dr.Gupta. Pre-emptive care definitely works. Thumbs up.

Dr. Musto and the NYPC staff are amazing! Dr. Musto has worked hard to put together a regimen to help me with my back pain. If something isn't working she makes sure we look at every viable option to get me to a pain free place. Scheduling appointments is easy and convenient and I love the reminders.

I've been under the care of Dr. Mehta and his colleagues since 2015 and cannot speak more highly of the entire practice. They aim to treat and heal the entire body, not just isolated areas. I wouldn't be able to commute and work (I teach second grade) without the help, care and treatment I receive from Josephine Musto and her entire staff of compassionate professionals. Josephine Musto is current on all the different treatment options available to chronic pain patients, and she works hard to make sure to adjust and tailor the treatment to provide optimal pain relief for each individual patient. She is not only a consummate professional, but she is personable, caring and intelligent. I have suffered from chronic pain for over 20 years, and have been treated by many reputable doctors in the tri-state area, and I can say with certainty that New York Pain Care has provided me with the most successful treatment. I would highly recommend New York Pain Care for any patient suffering from chronic pain. Came to New York Pain Care with severe neck pain I had for over 2 months. Nurse Practioner Josephine Musto met with me, and made an initial hypothetical diagnosis based on her very many years of experience, which ended up being correct after an MRI confirmed. She gave me an option and procedure which she believed strongly would help, and after a two treatments, its working great. My pain has gone from a 10 to a 2, and I rarely even think about the pain. Still some work to be done, but I'm amazed at the results. She and the entire staff of doctors, medical staff, and office staff have been INCREDIBLE!!! I mean, like, ultimate awesome! Really nice and caring, they don't keep you waiting, are diligent, and treat you great. I highly recommend if you have neck pain, check them out.

I have been a patient of Dr. Amr Hosny's for more than one year now. During that time, Dr. Hosny has been one of the most gracious, understanding, and patient doctors I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. He worked very hard to determine the precise source of my chronic back pain and diligently sought to relieve it. Dr. Hosny's apparent level of knowledge and expertise regarding my significant back situation is beyond reproach. He really makes you, the patient, feel like he cares about you and wants to help you and does in fact help you. Because of excessive athletic activity, I suffered massive herniations in my lower back that required four surgeries leading up to spinal fusions at L5-S1 and L4-5. I also have a few milder herniations in my neck. But because of Dr. Hosny's expert care and treatment of my chronic back pain, I can now say unequivocally that I am nearly pain free. I never thought it could happen, but it has. Through a series of specialized treatments, I went from very debilitating pain to having a great quality of life, easy mobility, and being able to exercise 3 to 4 times a week, which I love to do. I cannot thank Dr. Hosny and his staff enough for their compassionate support and their stellar capability in pain management. I most strongly recommend Dr. Hosny and University Pain Management for anyone who suffers from severe chronic pain of any kind and who seeks the care of a medical professional who is not only quite knowledgeable and capable about the proper treatment of the painful condition but one who also has excellent bed manners. Dear Dr. Hosny, I want to thank you for the great results I received from the spinal stimulator. After each back surgery the pain was relieved, but never gone. The stimulator has given me total relief without the use of any pain medication. It is very simple to use and has given me back my life.
